at la.looshi we want you to be happy about your product. If you are not, don't worry- just contact us 7 days within receiving your items. We will be happy to exchange or give store credit to any undamaged, unworn products with original tags in place. Sorry no refunds. We must receive these products within 21 days of sale date. 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
